職人が途絶え生産することの難しい鋳物平釜を使用し、伝統的製法でひとつひとつ丁寧に作る特選木綿豆富です。

Chinoma Tofu of “Mamekawori” in Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture is “Momen Tofu” but has a silky smooth texture.
It is a specially selected Momen Tofu that is carefully made one by one using a traditional manufacturing method, 
using a cast iron pot that is difficult to produce due to the absence of craftsmen.
